We will always carry out a test patch first in areas that cannot be seen. We care about your issue, and will do everything we can to help and return your pets and your happy odours.
Cancellation Policy
To Cancel a service please give 48 hrs notice. After this time a 25% charge may apply. For a larger time sensitive services, travel arrangements / Bespoke travel arrangements, cancellation will apply to cover travel costs, cancellation fees, plus admin fees.
